The Alliance for Biking and Walking is hosting a training boot camp for bicycle and pedestrian advocacy organizations to provide advocates the tools to create and manage campaigns to increase biking and walking in their communities. The camp will take place October 14th-16th at the Los Angeles County Bicycle Coalition. To register, click here
The training session will be led by longtime advocates and national experts with previous experience in heading successful bicycle and pedestrian campaigns. During the three-day training, participants will learn a variety of topics, ranging from identifying how to influence key decision-makers to becoming an effective fundraiser.
If you are interested in walking and biking and would like to become an interactive member in determining the success of these programs in your community, this is the event for you!
